  • What are the hours of operation?
    We are always at your service, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Can I book a vehicle per hour?
    Yes they can be booked hourly. We have a 4 hour minimum requirement.
  • How can I book my ride?
    We have different booking options for your convenience. You can book your ride online on our Book Online page. You can book your ride over the phone by calling us at (714)356-1257 You can send us an email at booknow@dalinkluxurytrans.com with your itinerary and trip details All bookings will be confirmed via text and/or email.
  • Which areas do you service?
    We service all of Southern California.
  • How far in advanced do I need to book my ride?
    We suggest bookings be made at least 24 hours in advanced for guaranteed availability. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, call us at (714)356-1257.
  • Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
    We have two options: Curbside Pick-Up Your driver will be tracking your flight and will text you as soon as your flight lands. (Make sure your phone is on and provide correct #) After you get your luggage, you will come out o the curb and check which Zone you are in. Text the driver your Zone letter and your driver will arrive within 5 minutes. Meet and Greet Driver will meet you inside by the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. This service is an upgrade. Call us at (714)356-1257 for more information.
  • Do you have child seats available?
    Yes, we provide infant, toddler, and booster seats. This service is subject to a charge, please call us at (714)356-1257 for more information.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Yes smoking is allowed. There will be non-negotiable smoking fee of $150 and a maintenance fee of $50. Please include that when booking your ride online. You can also pay driver in person.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require at least a 24-hour notice to change or cancel your booking for sedans and suvs. We require at least a 48-hour notice for vans and bigger vehicles. Any change or cancelation made that is not within the appropriate time frame, will have an additional charge. Changes and cancellations cannot be made online.
